A As technical work, there are many work that even graduates of liberal arts can play an active role, such as adjusting specifications with customers and investigating compliance with environmental regulations. Certainly there are many scenes dealing with numbers, and there is an image that graduates of the science department are good at, but as in Q1, basically you will learn from scratch.
Q Do mid-career hires also apply to the training program?
A Since it is important to be able to share prerequisite knowledge with other departments in various operations, training will be conducted in multiple related departments at the time of joining the company. In addition, we will participate in training as needed.
Q Do you have an image of desk work all day long?
A Although it depends on the work content of the day, in principle, issues in the manufacturing process and prototypes will be tackled at the factory. Of course, there is a lot of desk work time.
